Achievement Capstone Scholars should demonstrate a commitment to making the types of positive change demonstrated in the spirit of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. For instance, you may have served as an advocate for others whose voices are unheard, you may have fostered collaboration or built alliances between disparate groups, you may have created circumstances in which opportunity and access is afforded to others, or you may have served as champion for equality. Please describe how your leadership during your undergraduate career has impacted your campus and surrounding communities and how those activities and your future plans will reflect the legacy of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
