Develop a position paper applying public finance and public choice to a contemporary topic in the field
utilizing the existing academic literature. Papers are expected to be at least 10 pages in length (excluding
the cover and citation pages).

• Separate title page with name and abstract summary
• Separate citation page
• Separate tables and figures page
Talk about what they do, how, why, when, etc. Talk about your point of view and display some cases where lobbying was for the benefit of the people or for the benefit of the lobbying firm.
Showcase some of the associations that actully fight for the people and on the flip side, showcase associations that are lobbying for financal gain.
Talk about transfer seekers within those associations, etc.
There is a book called Government’s End, that has a couple charapters that talk about these isssue and I am more than willing to send you a copy inorder to help with writing.
