Structure of the standard:
o  First paragraph: explain the standard in theoretical terms (explain what the standard is about);
o  Second paragraph: Spell out the best practices and how they can be used practically in the public sector. Develop a set of criteria to successfully apply the standard. Detail and explain the criteria
that the organization should use to comply the standard.
o  Requires 2 scholarly sources for each standard.
